Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Join our collaborative care team. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director, you will provide professional, skilled, age-specific nursing care for patients alongside physicians and other medical disciplines. Key Responsibilities Direct Care: Perform patient-related tasks and daily ADLs under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse. Clinical Tasks: Check vital signs and assist with clinical procedures as requested. Communication: Observe patient conditions and report changes immediately to the supervising Nurse or Physician. Documentation: Record all patient interactions accurately in the medical record. Hourly Pay Rate: $16.87 - $24.88 The night shift pay differential will be paid at18%of the employees base rate of pay.The weekendshift pay differential will be paid at8%of the employees base rate of pay. Qualifications Education: Prefera high school diploma or GED. Experience: Prefers at least one (1) year of relevant nursing assistant or healthcare-related experience. Specialized Training: Must successfully complete approvedValleywise Healthcomputer classes. Certification/Licensure: Requires licensure through the AZ Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requires BLS cardobtained through an approvedAmerican Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Bilingual is preferred. Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people. Requires excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
