Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Ellendale, ND
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Schedule: Variable Day Shifts | 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (opportunity for 48+ hours based on facility needs)


Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.


Key Responsibilities

Resident Care

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Grooming
    • Toileting
    • Feeding
  • Support mobility and transfers

Patient Monitoring

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams

Care Coordination

  • Follow individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care

Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
  • Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in:
    • Long-Term Care (LTC)
    • Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)

Additional Details

  • 36 hours/week guaranteed
