Pay: Starting at $16.82 per hour and based on experience may be higher Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing center at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. We are looking for full-time, part-time and PRN. In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your efforts will help promote a safe and nurturing environment that supports the health and happiness of those in your care.
Essential Responsibilities - Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nurse
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
Qualifications - Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Arkansas
- In good standing with the Arkansas Nurse Aide Registry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
