What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, hygiene, oral care, and grooming
  • Support residents during meals, including food and fluid intake as needed
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents
  • Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
  • Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being
  • Create a welcoming, home-like, and respectful environment for residents and families
  • Follow established procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs

 

What You'll Need

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
  • Energy, patience, and professionalism to meet residents’ daily needs
  • Physical ability to perform daily duties, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting with resident mobility
