We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents, helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life in a supportive environment.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and record vital signs
Provide emotional and psychosocial support
Assist with meals, hydration, and supplements
Support safe transfers, repositioning, and mobility using proper techniques
Perform range of motion and passive exercises
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
Follow infection control protocols including PPE and proper hygiene practices
Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Active CNA certification (state-specific)
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
Strong attention to detail and patient-centered care approach
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout shift
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
