The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Helena, MT and we are looking for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join a compassionate healthcare team where your skills, dedication, and patient-centered care truly make a difference.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality direct patient care and support daily clinical operations within your scope of practice.
Available Schedules:
- Evening Shift: 4:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 0.15 FTE (1 six-hour shift per week)
- Mid Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 0.60 FTE
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM | 0.90 FTE (Three 12-hour shifts per week)
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care with compassion, professionalism, and respect
- Assist the healthcare team with delegated tasks and procedures within CNA scope of practice
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities while prioritizing patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Uphold the hospital’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence in patient care
- Understand the role responsibilities and seek clarification when needeD
- Recognize and report changes in patient condition while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- High school diploma, HiSET, or GED equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of a CNA program required
- Current CNA certification and valid BLS certification
- Enrollment in the hospital CNA Training Program with certification obtained upon completion
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care across the lifespan
- Previous hospital or long-term care experience preferred
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- SECURE Training required within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter
Nurses providing orthopedic and spine care must maintain DNV-required specialty education, annual competency validation, and ongoing continuing education.
