Job Summary ------------
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Plant Rehab and Skilled Nursing on the Morton Plant Hospital campus, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a clean, beautiful facility.
Minimum Qualifications ---------------------
Required:
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or willing to obtain before start date
Experience ----------
Preferred but not required:
• One year or more of Certified Nursing Assistant work experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Inpatient Rehabilitation or Skilled Nursing Facility is a plus.
Newly licensed Certified Nursing Assistants are encouraged to apply. We train and support you with growing your healthcare skills and CNA experience.
