Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care facility. The CNA will support residents with daily living activities and assist nursing staff in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Take and record vital signs, weight, intake/output
- Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate care documentation
- Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with meals and feeding support
- Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly
- Promote dignity, comfort, and independence
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA Certification
- Strong ADL patient care experience
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in long-term care setting
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
