- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred on acute care, Telemetry monitored floors
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, and intake/output as directed.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
- Observe and report changes in patients' physical or mental condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and activities.
- Assist with specimen collection and other basic clinical procedures within the CNA scope of practice.
- Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow infection control, safety, HIPAA, and facility policies at all times.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families while promoting dignity and independence.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
