CareFor is hiring dedicated Hospice Aides (CNAs) to provide compassionate, end-of-life care in the comfort of clients' residences in the Cedar Park and North Austin area. We're seeking experienced, dependable individuals who bring both professional skill and personal warmth to every interaction.
This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, generally during business hours. Schedules may vary slightly depending on client bath schedules.
You will report directly to the Hospice Director of Clinical Services and play a vital role in supporting clients and their families with dignity and compassion during a deeply meaningful time.
Reliable transportation is required, as you will travel to client homes in the Cedar Park and North Austin area.
What You'll Do:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and feeding
Provide comfort-focused, non-medical support aligned with hospice care goals
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Maintain a clean, calm, and safe home environment
Collaborate closely with nurses, families, and the CareFor interdisciplinary team
Respect client dignity and wishes at all stages of care

Required Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
1+ year of professional caregiving experience (hospice experience preferred, but not required)
Active CNA license (must be maintained throughout employment)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
