Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide

Qualifications & Requirements:

. Certification: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Texas.

.  Experience: Minimum of [1-2] years of experience as a caregiver or HHA, with specific exposure to wound care and skin integrity preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

. Wound Care & Skin Integrity: Assist with non-sterile dressing changes, observe and document the healing progress, and apply prescribed ointments or compression garments.

.  Patient Monitoring: Track and report any changes in wound condition, skin breakdown, or overall health status to the supervising caregive.

.  Mobility Support: Assist with safe transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and ambulation.

.  Vital Signs & Monitoring: Record and monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any significant changes to the supervising caregiver.
