Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one home care support to a client in the Ocala area. This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced caregiver who is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable providing care in the home setting.
Schedule:
5 days per week
4 hours per day
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs
Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition
Follow the plan of care and communicate with the care team
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Requirements
Active CNA license or HHA certificate required
Prior home care, private duty, or caregiver experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Ability to work 5 days per week, 4 hours per day
Strong communication and patient care skills
