Matrix Home Care is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality care and support to patients in the home setting in the Venice, FL area.
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Venice, FL
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available
Pay: Based on experience and case needs
Responsibilities include:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and meal assistance
- Support patients with transfers and ambulation, as needed
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate team member
Requirements:
- Active CNA certification or HHA certificate preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to follow the care plan and work independently
- Must meet all onboarding and compliance requirements
