Matrix Home Care is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support a quadriplegic patient with daily care needs beginning July 1, 2026.
? Location: Pembroke Pines
? Schedule: Daily shifts from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 7 Days Per Week
Responsibilities Include:
  • Personal care assistance
  • Companion care and patient support
  • Assistance with mobility and activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping and meal assistance
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment


Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) 1-2 years' experience preferred
  • Experience working with quadriplegic patients preferred
  • Experience with Hoyer lift transfers preferred
  • Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work consistent daily shifts
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
