What You'll Do
Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled personal care and assistance to our clientin their home:
- Personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, emptying catheter bag
- Assist with mobility – Transferring to wheelchair or bed
- Vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Meal preparation and nutritional monitoring
- Companion care and emotional support
- Reporting health changes to supervising RN

Requirements
- Active CNA certification on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Experience in home care, nursing home, hospital, or assisted living preferred
- Skilled in ADL assistance, vital signs, and patient documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
