BrightStar Care of Cedar Rapids / Iowa City is looking for skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to deliver one-on-one in-home care to elderly clients and adults with disabilities throughout the Cedar Rapids metro and Iowa City corridor.

What You'll Do
Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled personal care and assistance to clients in their homes:
- Personal hygiene and activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Vital signs monitoring and documentation
- Safe transfers and mobility support
- Catheter care, ostomy care, and skin integrity checks
- Medication reminders and assistance
- Meal preparation and nutritional monitoring
- Dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and cognitive support
- Post-surgical and post-hospitalization recovery care
- Companion care and emotional support
- Reporting health changes to supervising RN

Requirements
- Active CNA certification on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Experience in home care, nursing home, hospital, or assisted living preferred
- Skilled in ADL assistance, vital signs, and patient documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
