Part Time Evening & Per Diem Shifts Available
Pay between $20-25.50/hour
based on experience and shift differential
Pitman Manor, a UMC Community is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Assisted Living team in Pitman, NJ.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements -
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Jersey
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months' experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Experience as a CNA, CMA, or Med Tech preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
What you will do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Perform daily skin checks and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist residents during mealtimes, including serving, clearing, cutting food, and feeding when necessary
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior
- Take and record vital signs and weights as directed by nursing staff
- Document care in the point-of-care system
- Assist residents with adaptive equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, eyeglasses, dentures, and hearing aids
- Follow restorative nursing practices to help residents maintain independence
- Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Perform assigned treatment tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses or therapists
- Attend required training sessions, staff meetings, and in-service education
