Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of New Mexico.
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Obtain and record vital signs and weights according to policy.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment.
Prepare patients for rehabilitation therapy and transport them as needed.
Assist nurses and physicians with treatments and procedures.
Maintain infection prevention and control practices.
Document care provided using PointClickCare (PCC) when applicable.
Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs.
Support patient discharge, postmortem care, and transfers of belongings/equipment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide timely, patient-centered care.
Maintain confidentiality and protect Protected Health Information (PHI).

Pay Rate: $23.75 – $25.75 per hour
Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
