Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3x12 Day Shifts
PayRate: From $20/hr
Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support the healthcare team in delivering patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility, including walking, standing, transferring, and repositioning patients
- Respond to patient calls and assist based on individual needs
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Track and document food and fluid intake and output
- Ensure patients follow dietary restrictions and preferences
- Communicate effectively with nurses and healthcare staff regarding patient conditions
- Provide emotional support and maintain a safe, comfortable environment
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA license (Missouri State)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- High School Diploma or GED
