Basic Requirements:
Active Florida CNA licenseorCertified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-approved training school (not just past work history)
Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
CPR card
Social Security card
Health Statement (within 6 months, stating free from communicable disease)
Required CEUs: Alzheimer’s (2 hr), HIV/AIDS (1 hr), Medication Admin (2 hr) –Get bundle here
