Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is dedicated to supporting patients with activities of daily living while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transferring patients.
- Measure and accurately record vital signs.
- Assist patients with ambulation and proper positioning.
- Observe patients and promptly report pain, abnormal findings, or changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
- Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain patient safety and follow all facility policies and procedures.
- Report to assigned facilities on time and prepared for scheduled shifts.
- Wear proper identification and comply with employer and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (if required).
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and healthcare chemicals.
