Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Metro Reentry Facility provides essential support to the nursing and medical team by assisting with daily patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and basic patient needs
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support nurses with patient care tasks and clinical procedures
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
Always follow infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members

Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia required
Current and Active CPR certification required
Previous experience in corrections, long-term care, or hospital setting preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
