If you are looking to make a difference in the lives and families that we serve, we are looking for a full-time and part-time, 7am to 3 pm, every other weekend (40 hours/per week and benefit eligible) Certified Nurse’s Aide to join our skilled workforce.
The Certified Nurse’s Aide Job Responsibilities:
· Care for residents in long term and short term rehab.
· Provide assistance in activities of daily living, serving meals, feeding, bathing, ambulating, turning and positioning.
· Maintain patient stability, recording intake and output of patients.
· Provide comfort and care utilizing resources and materials, transporting patients, answering call lights and requests promptly, reporting observations of your patient to the nurse supervisor.
· Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
· Maintains work operations by following proper policies and procedures.
· Serves the facility and protects by adhering to professional standards, federal, state and local standards.
· Participates in all educational requirements. Provide a warm and caring attitude toward patients and residents assigned.
· Maintains all resident and patient information confidential.
Qualified applicants will have the following:
· Minimum of one-year experience in a skilled nursing facility.
