What You Will Do:
Manage labor and induction pathways on the maternity floor, ensuring timely initiations and personalized clinical oversight to support a safe, high-quality birthing experience.
Lead rapid clinical assessments in OB Triage by evaluating and prioritizing patients presenting with complications past 20 weeks gestation, illness, or injury based on acuity and greatest need.
Mentor the next generation of physicians by teaching medical interns efficient triage protocols and evidence-based delivery techniques on the labor floor.
Collaborate with the broader obstetric team, supporting private practice OBs and resident physicians while conducting routine postpartum rounding to ensure seamless continuity of care.
