Certified Nurse Midwife

Required Skills:
- Current valid certification as a Nurse Midwife (CNM) recognized by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and privacy laws
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or primary care settings
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience with community health initiatives or outreach programs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with specialization in midwifery or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Prior experience working in diverse or rural healthcare environments is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Active state licensure as a Nurse Midwife
- Ability to travel as needed for home visits, community outreach, or training
- Reliable transportation and willingness to adhere to all organizational policies
Compensation Rate:
$1.00 per hour
