Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Skilled Nursing - Premium Overnight Program - Sherwood Oaks

 

Cranberry Township, PA - Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; 11 PM - 7:30 AM, including every other weekend and rotating holidays

 

Premium Program Rate: - $24.00/hour; Base Rate depending on experience + Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Sherwood Oaks, part of UPMC Senior Communities and managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network, is a premier Life Plan Community. The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). All resident care is provided in a manner that meets the resident’s physical, mental and psychosocial needs and enables the individual to attain and maintain the highest practical level of functioning.

Requirements for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA):

  • Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.
  • Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience preferred.

From a quiet, humble beginning as the Presbyterian Home in January of 1928, Presbyterian SeniorCare has emerged as western Pennsylvania's largest provider of care and services to older adults (Pittsburgh Business Times, January 2012).
