What You’ll Do: As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship, your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Hands-On Care – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support Mealtime– Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
Maintain Comfort & Care – Keep rooms tidy, cozy, and well-stocked with essentials.
Provide Responsive Support – Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must have a current and valid Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants. (CNA)
Must be at least 18 year of age or older.
Experience providing direct care to the elderly, preferred.
Ability to read, write, understand and carry out directions.
Ability to perform job related duties which may require lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing and pulling.
