Centerpoint Health - Georgetown, formerly Georgetown Community Hospital, is located in the heart of central Kentucky, serving Scott and Franklin Counties. Licensed as an acute care hospital with 75-beds, we offer a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, intensive care, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services. How you''ll contribute
A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who excels in this role:
Performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office.
Take vital signs, document patient history, and update electronic health records (EHR)
Assist providers with exams, procedures, and administering medications or injections
Perform basic lab tasks, prepare specimens, and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms
Support front office and patient care coordination, including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education
