Join Our Team!

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) to join our care team. In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities, administer medications safely, and help maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in residents' lives, we'd love to meet you!


What You'll Do

Resident Care

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a licensed nurse

  • Support residents' comfort, safety, and emotional well-being

  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment

Medication Administration

  • Safely prepare and administer medications (oral, topical, and suppository; non-narcotic only) as ordered by the physician

  • Accurately document medications administered

  • Monitor residents for medication side effects or concerns

  • Report any medication discrepancies to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing


What We're Looking For

Education

  • High School Diploma, GED, or High School Certificate

Experience

  • Less than 1 year of experience required

  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

Certifications (Required)

  • Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification

  • Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) Certification (CMT certification does not qualify)

  • BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) CPR & First Aid Certification
