We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) with a valid Medication Aide Certification to support individuals with daily living activities and help them achieve greater independence. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care needs.
Support individuals in achieving personal goals and maintaining independence.
Administer medications according to applicable guidelines and requirements.
Monitor the health, safety, comfort, nutritional, and personal care needs of individuals.
Provide emotional support and encouragement.
Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.
Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Medication Aide Certification in good standing.
Valid U.S. driver's licence, where applicable.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting as required.
