General Description:
- Minimum 3 years of ICD-10 coding experience
- Valid CCS or CCP certification required
- Inpatient and ED coding experience required
- Strong knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9 CM, coding guidelines, and federal billing guidelines
- Experience with 3M/HDS coding applications and Encoder systems
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
