The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected hospital in beautiful Las Vegas, NM to hire a compassionate and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative healthcare environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your clinical experience while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Schedule: PRN | Weekdays, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed

What You'll Do

As a CMA, you'll play an essential role in supporting providers and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and organizing patient information with accuracy and care
  • Supporting providers with patient flow and clinical coordination
  • Identifying patient needs and assisting with treatment interventions
  • Enhancing communication between patients and the healthcare team
  • Delivering compassionate, patient-centered support every day

Comprehensive onsite training is provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to patient care
