Recharge Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our fast-paced weight loss, hormone, aesthetic, and medical clinic dedicated to health and wellness. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and patient care, setting a positive example for our patients.

Essential Job Functions:
Assist providers with patient evaluations and treatments.
Take and record vital signs, and medical histories, and prepare patients for procedures.
Administer injections and assist with IV therapy as directed.
Greet patients and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule patient appointments and manage records in the EMR system.
Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally.
Educate patients on health, weight loss, and hormone therapies.
Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a role model for a healthy lifestyle.
Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
Experience with EMR systems (Preferred)
Experience taking vital signs (Preferred)
2+ years of experience (Preferred)

Saturday: 7:45 am - 1:00 pm
