We are currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who brings both clinical competence and warmth to the team. Responsibilities:
Greet and prepare patients for examination in a friendly and professional manner.
Take vital signs, medical history, and assist physicians with patient exams.
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with confidence and precision.
Manage and maintain medical records (EMR experience preferred).
Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and inventory.
Coordinate referrals, lab work, and follow-ups as needed.
Provide compassionate, attentive care and clear communication to patients.
Requirements:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – required.
Phlebotomy certification or strong phlebotomy experience – required.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or private practice setting preferred.
Professional, courteous, and proactive demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMR and scheduling systems.
Excellent communication skills and a naturally kind, warm personality.
