Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks/skills with proficiency and accuracy ie: vaccine administration Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in documenting in EHR Contribute to a positive health care experience for patients utilizing the framework of DEI Use a collaborative approach with providers and other care team members to provide patient centered care, and ensure patient safety and well-being
QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Medical Assistant/ Registered Medical Assistant Associates of Applied Science Degree obtained through a CAAHEP-accredited college program. Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment. 100% Commitment to Matthew 25s mission, vision and values Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel Valid Driver's License with at least three (3) years driving experience and less than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary, but are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This position is considered an on-site position when duties are performed within the scope of this job description. If performing duties outside of the essential duties of this job description, the employee may request an alternative accommodation from their director to best meet the needs of the employee for the terms of the irregular duties.
