We seek a Certified Master Mechanic to join our clientâs fast-paced auto repair and tire center.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly juggle advanced vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance,
and customer consultations. Whether at the Junior (supporting senior technicians and honing
skills) or Senior (leading complex repairs, managing inventory, and mentoring apprentices)
level, the candidate will exhibit exceptional organization and multitasking capabilities in a high-
â¢Advanced Vehicle Diagnosis: Perform thorough inspections and use computerized
diagnostic tools to accurately pinpoint electrical, mechanical, and emission faults.
â¢Simultaneous Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple repair orders, seamlessly
transitioning between active diagnostics, parts-ordering, and routine maintenance to meet
â¢Repairs & Maintenance: Execute complex repairs (engines, transmissions, drivetrains)
and routine services (brake jobs, fluid exchanges) to factory and safety specifications.
oJunior: Assist senior staff on complex overhauls, perform general service, and
actively participate in ongoing training.
oSenior: Lead diagnostic efforts, review completed work for quality assurance,
delegate tasks to apprentices, and assist service advisors with accurate repair
â¢Customer Service & Documentation: Document all work performed, communicate
repair needs clearly with clients or service advisors, and ensure customer vehicles are
â¢Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly adhere to environmental
and OSHA safety regulations.
Required Qualifications & Qualifications
â¢Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a
recognized automotive vocational program. ASE Master Technician Certification (or
actively working toward it for the Junior level).
Requirements
oJunior: 1 to 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
oSenior: 5+ years of experience in an automotive service or dealership setting.
â¢Skills: Excellent critical thinking, deep understanding of automotive software, and
proven physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
â¢Licensure: Valid in-state driverâs license with an acceptable driving record.
