How you'll make an impact in this role:Guide new mothers through breastfeeding techniques and assessments to ensure both mother and infant meet their feeding goals.
Mentor the care team by serving as the primary clinical expert and liaison for physicians and nursing staff on all lactation matters.
Develop education plans that standardize high-quality breastfeeding instruction across the unit.
Improve patient outcomes by tracking clinical data and identifying new ways to enhance the breastfeeding journey.
