Home Health Aide

We're hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home care across Washington, D.C. through Capitol View Home Health Care. You'll be visiting clients in their homes — helping with the day-to-day work that keeps people safe, comfortable, and living independently — on a schedule that fits your life. This role is a good fit for HHAs who want meaningful one-on-one client time, consistent assignments, and a schedule they help build.

Assist clients with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming

Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in client condition to our clinical team

Follow individualized care plans set by the supervising RN

Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Washington, D.C.

6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Strong communication skills

Reliable transportation to client homes
