What You'll Do
As a Certified Home Health Aide, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
- Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
- Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Current Massachusetts Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Current TB documentation
- Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Ability to begin work immediately
