    Job Description

    Are you an experienced and passionate Certified Hand Therapist ready to take your career to the next level? Join the dynamic team at Momentum Physical Therapy, a fast-growing leader in San Antonio''s healthcare community. We''re looking for an innovative and collaborative clinician to help us expand our hand therapy department.

    • Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based occupational and hand therapy techniques.
    • Provide patient education to improve outcomes and encourage long-term recovery.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.

    Qualifications

    • Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
    • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting.
    • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
    • Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for patient-centered care and collaboration.
    • Commitment to continued learning and professional growth.

    U.S. Physical Therapy is one of the largest publicly-traded, pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics. The clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care. USPh also manages physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups and hospitals.
