Certified Hand Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics (Full-Time)
Location: 2318 Greenbranch Drive, Suite 102, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544Schedule: Monday-FridayCompensation: $80,000-$95,000/year (based on experience)
Incentive: $10,000 bonus
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) - Occupational Therapist for our Wiregrass outpatient center. Join a team treating a variety of upper extremity conditions including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. Splinting experience preferred. Our centers supports post-surgical, non-operative, and work conditioning patients, with close collaboration alongside leading hand surgeons. We offer a stable environment within a growing national hand therapy program.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
- Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
- Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
- Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy
- Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy
- National registration and state licensure or registration required
- Previous demonstrated marketing experience
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
