Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning, retirement, and investment recommendations to clients.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Lead client meetings, present financial strategies, and convert opportunities into new business.
- Partner with senior advisors through mentorship and ongoing professional development.
- Support business development, succession planning, and client experience initiatives.
- Apply tax-aware planning, estate coordination, and regulatory compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- 1–10 years of financial planning or advisory experience.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- CFP exam passed or progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both virtual and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business and close opportunities.
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented professional with high ethical standards and personal financial responsibility.
- Existing client relationships or portable business is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to travel periodically and relocate if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $75,000–$95,000.
- Performance-based bonuses, sign-on incentives, and profit sharing.
