JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Facilities Director, the Certified Facilities Technician Lead performs specialized maintenance and repair of Electrical and/or HVAC systems at all NHFHS facilities. Assists the Facilities Director. Trouble-shoot, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and HVAC problems and provide/implement timely, cost-effective solutions.

Minimum high school graduate, or GED equivalent
Successful completion of Electrical and/or HVAC Certificate Training Program
EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
Minimum of three years relevant experience
For Electrical certification, must have the following;
Electrician Helper, Journeyman, Master Electrician
For A/C Certification, must be one of the following:
A/C Tech Helper, A/C Technician or Master A/C Technician all with EPA certification.
Either of the above or 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance
