Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our dental practitioner while ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for our patients. This role involves a variety of tasks, including chairside assisting, patient management, and maintaining compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities -Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. -Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available. -Weekly spore test on autoclave machine -Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays) -Monthly 3d QC test -Maintain accurate patient records using dentrix practice software. (Includes scheduling, complete treatments for check out) -Assist front desk coordinator with answering phone calls and scheduling. -Educate patients on proper post-treatment care, call in scripts as directed by dentist -Manage inventory of dental supplies and place orders as necessary. -Utilize 3D scanners for impressions and assist with prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant procedures. -Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe working environment. -Support four-handed dentistry practices. Qualifications: -Certification in dental assisting and x ray is mandatory.
