AWS Focus Certifications Competencies & Enablement Programs
The Opportunity
VML Enterprise Solutions is investing in building AWS-certified talent at scale. We are seeking an enablement leader to own the programs that build VMLs AWS delivery capacity, including certifications, competency applications, and learning initiatives that maintain our partner standing and enable us to win and deliver on strategic opportunities.
This role ensures VML has the certified practitioners and demonstrated competencies required to maintain premier AWS partner status, MSP competencies, specializations, and win competitive pursuits and deliver excellence. When VML achieves an AWS competency milestone or certification target, thats because of you.
Role Summary
This is a learning and enablement role focused on building AWS-certified talent across VML. You will manage certification programs, competency applications, AWS Skillbuilder rollout, and enablement initiatives that drive delivery readiness and partner standing.
Accountability Model
Enablement metrics. Success is measured by certifications achieved, competencies attained, and program completion rates.

Role Positioning
This role builds VMLs AWS-certified talent pool-not a quota-carrying seller relationship manager or client-facing role. You will be the reason VML achieves AWS certification milestones and competency designations. You will drive the Skillbuilder rollout that upskills our practitioners. You will coordinate the hackathons that build hands-on expertise. And you will ensure VML has the certified talent required to maintain premier AWS partner status and win on our most important opportunities.

Base Salary Range
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $35,000 - $75,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
