VCG is looking for a senior Oracle Cerner Technical Systems Engineer to support a Regional Digital Solutions team, responsible for supporting IT system solutions that deliver the safe and consistent patient care across the organization.
Responsibilities:

CAMM database ? WebSpere (intermediate level) ? Linux (intermediate level) ? Disaster Recovery Toolkit ? Millennium Objects ? Downtime processes ? Code and Software management ? Security Management ? System Performance Monitoring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering within large, complex organizations
Strong understanding of the Oracle Health / Cerner architecture and data model
Strong understanding of core Microsoft technologies including Windows Server and Active Directory
Understanding of core networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of Linux/RHEL (LPI certification an asset)
Understanding of CCL and discern rules
Understanding of Citrix environments
Understanding of Oracle Database administration and WebSphere Application Server configuration
Strong understanding of systems development life cycle
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
