Summary

More Than Just a Job

While many roles offer a paycheck or some experience, few provide genuine immersion in the environment where true real estate mastery is developed.

This opportunity is different.

Flourish is looking for a licensed Colorado real estate professional to fill a unique, high-access position working directly with our CEO—the owner and operator of one of the nation’s premier real estate firms and a top agent in the Littleton market. You’ll work alongside Dave, participating in the daily rhythm of high-level real estate operations. From strategic client meetings and property tours to essential operational tasks, this role offers an unmatched perspective on what drives elite real estate success.
