Management OutlineCEO Position  
  1. Installed as an employee of client company holding the position of CEO with an annual base salary of $140,000 to $175,000 based on experience.
  2. Participation in the following programs would be included: 401(k), Employee Profit Sharing, CEO Incentive Program, health savings plan, dental, vision, health, life insurance and PTO.
Duties
  1. General management of the company
  2. Employee oversight including performance, recruiting, retaining, hiring and firing of staff
  3. Working with the insurance department in all correspondence, relationships and activities such as Financial Exams, Market Conduct, MCAS filings, etc.
  4. Continued progression of the company in technology matters
  5. Processing of Payroll
  6. Working with Reinsurance markets on securing reinsurance
  7. Completing and obtaining necessary insurance products for the company such as Cyber, D&O, Fidelity Bonds, etc.
  8. Oversight of agency relationships including the extension of agency contracts, contingency bonus, etc.
  9. Working with vendors that are currently part of the Panhandle setup
  10. Managing employee benefits and tracking of time
  11. Evaluating and implementing potential new direction for the company
  12. Working with auditors
  13. Define and execute a clear business strategy
  14. Identify risks and opportunities within your state’s insurance market.
  15. Guide modernization (technology, distribution, underwriting sophistication)
  16. Ensure strong capitalization and surplus adequacy participate in the Investment Committee
  17. Work closely with actuaries on loss trends and rate needs
  18. Provide Financial performance updates, Strategic recommendations and Risk assessments
  19. Continue the strong culture of the company
  20. Providing oversight and maintaining operational equipment in the office
