Responsibilities: • Configuration design, optimization, and tuning • Defect diagnosis and resolution, including coordination with the Centric vendor team where escalationis required • Integration support between Centric PLM and Client downstream/upstream systems (e.g., SAP, ERP,PIM, reporting, design tooling) • Development of custom extensions, workflows, attributes, and views • General technical support, issue triage, and knowledge transfer to Client team members • Participation in Client agile ceremonies and planning sessions • Documentation of configurations, integrations, and customizations
