We have an exceptional full-time opportunity for a dynamic and empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families. 

Conveniently located on Main Drive in the heart of Bundoora, Milestones Early Learning Bundoora offers high-quality childcare and early education for children aged 0–5 years. Open from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, our centre provides flexible care for busy local families. Our location is ideal for families commuting through Melbourne’s north, just moments from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and close to RMIT University Bundoora Campus, as well as key local roads like Plenty Road.

About the Role

• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
• Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
• Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

About you

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
• A current Working with Children’s Check
• Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
